Treatment Quality Assessment System (tQAs) The Schleising Consultancy's Treatment Quality Assessment System (tQAs) is designed to fulfill the need for companies to comply with ever increasing quality standards.

The tQAs was originally developed in co-operation with selected U.K. companies. During the development period a colouring agent that does not fade, and shows up well in both factory and laboratory light was adopted.

Having invested much time in satisfying the needs of the particular companies, the success of the system is indicated by its adoption by an increasing number of other companies. The tQAs consists of refillable liquid-primed pens and 100 ml nominal capacity bottles.

The Schleising Consultancy's tQAs was originally developed in co-operation with selected U.K. companies. During the development, trials led to the introduction of a colouring agent that does not fade when exposed to light, and also shows up well in both factory and laboratory lighting. The increasing number of companies adopting it as their standard indicates the success of the system.

The tQAs refillable liquid-primed pens are less likely to be contaminated by substrate additives than other types of pens, and they are easily refillable from the 100 ml nominal capacity bottles within which the filling and topping-up liquid is provided.

The tQAs fluids supplied range from 32 dynes/cm to 60 dynes/cm (in increments of even numbers) but other levels can be supplied on request. The fluids conform to ASTM D2578-99a, ISO 8296 and DIN 53 364. Test procedures and advised shelf-life are issued with each order, along with a Certificate of Conformity.
